ESMO Breast Cancer 2025: Group Registration

Registration is now open

Group leaders need an ESMO account to register delegates to the ESMO Breast Cancer 2025. For detailed information about registration fees and deadlines please visit the main registration page.

Standard group registration

• Please select “Group” if you would like to register a group (10 or more people)
• Details needed to register delegates: first name, last name, email address, company details and prescriber status
• Payment can be processed by credit card or bank transfer. More details, please refer to Payment & Cancellation Policy

Bulk registration

Are you interested in registering a group by purchasing bulk registrations and uploading the names online at a later date?

Then please note:

• You are entitled to benefit from the non-Member early registration fee of € 536.00 VAT incl. per delegate
• Payment deadline is 6 March 2025
• The deadline to upload the participant names and details is 2 April 2025
• Unused registrations are non-refundable
• Group bulk badges pick up available

Registration confirmation email

Delegates or group leaders (depending on the option selected) will receive the registration confirmation email and instructions on how to access the ESMO Breast Cancer 2025 a few weeks before the beginning of the Congress.

Congress participant badge

The congress badge is personal and the only official proof of registration. Participants not wearing their badges will not be granted access to the congress venue. EUR 100 will be charged to participants who forget or lose their badges.  ESMO will reprint the forgotten badges upon receipt of a credit card guarantee. If the original badge is returned to the Registration desk the next day, the holding fee will be cancelled. Reprinting, if necessary, is only possible once, upon proof of such circumstances.
