The ESMO Breast Cancer 2025 will take place from 14 to 17 May 2025 in Munich, Germany and there will be live-streamed sessions on the virtual congress platform.
An ESMO account is required to register yourself or a group
Registration includes:
- Participation in scientific and educational live sessions with the possibility to interact with the expert panel table
- Onsite networking opportunity with faculty and peers
- Entry to the Poster and e-Poster area
- Interaction with the industry partners in the trade exhibition
- Participation in the Industry Satellite Symposia
- Access to the virtual congress platform to view live-streamed sessions and to view the missed sessions on-demand
- Post-event resources
- Coffee breaks
Registration fees and deadlines
Individual registration will remain open for the duration of the congress. The ESMO Congress Secretariat must receive one completed registration per participant and the corresponding payment in EUR by the given deadlines.
ESMO membership must be active ten (10) working days prior to the registration, to be eligible for the reduced member registration fee. Please visit the membership page on esmo.org to check eligibility criteria, benefits, and to complete the membership application.

Webcasts
The official sessions and Industry Satellite Symposia will be available on-demand on the virtual congress platform until 19 May at 16:00 CEST, to all registered participants. Once the virtual congress platform is closed, the on-demand content will be transferred to OncologyPRO.
Sessions from the official congress programme
Registered delegates (both ESMO Members and Non-Members) and ESMO Members can access resources on OncologyPRO from 19 May 2025 for 2 years.
Satellite Symposia
Satellite Symposia webcasts will be available on OncologyPRO or ESMO website (only if permission has been granted by the Pharma Company) to ESMO Members and registered delegates, from 19 May 2025 for 2 years.
Registration Confirmation
A few weeks before the beginning of the Congress, delegates will receive the registration confirmation email and instructions on how to access the ESMO Breast Cancer 2025.
Travel insurance
Adequate travel protection is highly recommended for all congress participants as it protects travellers from risks such as cancellation, loss of passport or checked baggage and may offer coverage for unexpected medical expenses. Having these risks covered ensures an additional layer of protection against financial loss.
