ESMO and the Brazilian Society of Clinical Oncology (SBOC) signed a joint membership agreement in 2016. The aim of the agreement is to promote education and scientific initiatives to the Brazilian oncology community.
ESMO - SBOC Agreement
As of December 2016, members of the SBOC are welcome to join ESMO along with their national society and get access to more valuable educational resources and opportunities.
The annual ESMO membership fee for members in Brazil is now waived, due to Brazil being classified by the World Bank as an upper-middle income country, based on the Gross National Income (GNI) per capita and calculated using the World Bank Atlas method.
If you are already an ESMO and a SBOC member, please contact the ESMO Membership Services team who will update your profile with the information about your SBOC membership.
