Northwest Biotherapeutics
NW Bio is developing DCVax® autologous dendritic cell vaccines for solid tumors. The Company’s DCVax-L® for resectable tumors is in a 348-patient Phase III trial in the US and Europe for newly-diagnosed Glioblastoma multiforme, and recently reported encouraging data on 55 “Information Arm” patients who were ineligible for the trial. DCVax-Direct® is in a 60-patient Phase I/II trial for all types of inoperable solid tumors.
