Format
The YO Lounge Discussions for the TAT Congress were imagined in the format of YO Virtual Mentorship Sessions tested during the Train to ESMO20 journey.
These sessions are highly interactive round table discussions which offer the opportunity to young oncologists, to network with senior leaders and other colleagues. They are designed to discuss the challenges that young oncologists face in the different stages of their career development and obtain practical advice on career paths in oncology.
Mentors are asked to share their experience, offer guidance and answer questions in an informal manner.
