Programme Submission Deadlines

All satellite symposia programmes must be submitted by the given timeline using the dedicated ESMO 2024 Programme Template.

Please carefully read the satellite symposia regulations in the Industry Guidelines.

Timeline

14 May 2024
  • Proposed Programme submission – including title of the Symposium, slot number, all presentation titles and timings, names of all proposed speakers and chairpersons, area(s) of interest – to be submitted to satellites@esmo.org using the official ESMO 2024 Programme Template

5 June 2024
  • Notification by ESMO of acceptance / rejection / request for modifications to the programme, as decided by the ESMO 2024 Scientific Committee

24 June 2024
  • Receipt of the Final Programme

7 August 2024

Duration of the Satellite Symposium

All companies are obliged to respect the start and closure times of the satellite symposia. Extensions beyond assigned timeslots are not allowed under any circumstances. Infringement of this regulation will affect the sponsors priority list for future ESMO Congresses.

Programme Related Artworks

Any programme related artwork (e.g. programme poster, etc.) must reflect the final programme submitted by 24 June 2024. No changes are allowed.
