Each Company administrator will receive an email from M Events granting access to the satellite backend |

Latest deadline to upload all satellites-related materials, session information, disclaimer, speaker’s biographies and pictures via the Virtual Platform backend. |
Until 24 August 2022 and then from 27 August until the end of the Congress |
Timeframe for Company administrators to upload in advance the on-site speaker presentations via the Virtual Platform backend also during the Congress period. Alternatively, they will be able to upload them on-site at the Speaker Centre at dedicated times |
Satellites’ backend access
The person responsible for the organisation of the satellite symposium (named “convenor” in the backend) has received the backend access on 26 July 2022.
Satellites’ backend functionalities
- Upload directly Satellite’s Presentations/Videos and preview of the presentation/recording also during the Congress period (avoiding to queuing at the Speaker Centre)
- Set-up of features and upload of additional material
- Enable/Disable the Questions and Comments function and possibility to moderate
- Upload Speaker’s biographies and pictures directly into the Virtual Congress Platform
- Management of lead retrieval feature and access to data (optional and at own expenses)
