13 July 2022	Booking of the satellite pre-recording slot (for companies having the pre-recording done by M Events - booking tool sent by email in due time) Submission of the Satellite Symposia Services Order Form
24 August 2022	Booking of the online rehearsal (booking tool sent in due time) Upload of the final satellite symposium video on the Virtual Congress Platform
1 September 2022	Access links for company administrators and speakers to the satellite symposium rehearsal and live streaming session interface (backend)

Virtual Congress Platform Deadlines

26 July 2022	Backend access link for company administrators to the Satellite Symposium Virtual Space
24 August 2022	Backend upload of all company materials in the Satellite Symposium Virtual Space (text, speakers’ biographies and pictures, etc.)
