International Society of Geriatric Oncology - SIOG
SIOG is an international society open to oncology specialists, geriatricians and other interested health care professionals. Its main objectives are: improving research in the field of geriatric oncology; promoting education of physicians and other healthcare professionals in geriatric oncology and achieving a high common standard of care for elderly cancer patients. SIOG’s official journal is the Journal of Geriatric Oncology, published by Elsevier.
Japanese Society of Medical Oncology - JSMO
JSMO, founded in 2002, embraces study of all the translational and clinical aspects on malignant disease. Number of members of JSMO increased to 8,500. JSMO’s activities include annual scientific/educational meeting, biannual educational seminars, Best of ASCO meeting, publication of text book/guidelines and certification of specialised medical oncologists. JSMO has been expanding its collaboration with international societies for medical oncology.

Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer - MASCC
The Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC) is an international, multidisciplinary organisation with members from six continents and over sixty countries. It operates in collaboration with the International Society of Oral Oncology (ISOO).
Founded in 1990, MASCC is dedicated to research and education in all areas of supportive care for patients with cancer, regardless of the stage of the disease. MASCC aims to promote professional expertise of supportive care through research and scientific exchange of ideas. Significant advances in cancer treatment have been made possible by the strides in supportive care. Because supportive care encompasses all aspects of care, it involves a variety of disciplines and specialists.
Thus membership is open to oncology medical, surgical, and radiology physicians, nurses, dentists, dental hygienists, pharmacists, social workers, dieticians, outcomes specialists, psychologists, statisticians, infectious disease specialists, educators, representatives from industry and non-profit sectors, and others interested in supportive care.
NDDO Education Foundation / TAT Congress
The Foundation’s mission is the dissemination of findings obtained in experimental and clinical studies on the prevention and treatment of life-threatening diseases such as cancer. NDDO Education Foundation is the primary organiser of the TAT congress series on new targeted anticancer therapies. The 11th TAT congress will be held in Paris, March 4-6, 2013.
Organisation of European Cancer Institutes - OECI
Established in 1977 to promote cooperation among EU cancer centres and institutes, in 2005 the Organisation was remodelled into a European Economic Interest Grouping.
The OECI is a continuously growing network, grouping 68 members, working in crosscut expertise projects within its Working Groups (Accreditation and Designation; Education and Training, Biobanks and Molecular Pathobiology, Prevention and Early Diagnosis, Cost-Benefit, START-OECI project, Communication and Dissemination, and EurocanPlatform). From 2009 the OECI is a Publisher registered at the Royal Library of Belgium and ecancermedicalscience is the Official Journal.
Romanian Society of Radiotherapy and Medical Oncology
Romanian Society of Radiotherapy and Medical Oncology (RSRMO) is a non-profit professional organisation founded in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 1991. The main aim of RSRMO is to promote high quality education and research in the field of Radiotherapy and Medical Oncology. Today, RSRMO has 202 members and is editing a journal, entitled “Journal of Radiotherapy and Medical Oncology”. First issue was published in Romanian in 1995. Since 2008, our journal is published in English, and it has four issues annually.

The Biotherapy Development Association - BDA
The Biotherapy Development Association (BDA), a non-profit organisation under German law, is a global cooperative group whose primary focus is to develop targeted cancer therapies using biological agents. The Czech Society for Oncology of the Czech Medical Society of J.E.Purkyne (CSO) was founded in 1969. CSO is a voluntary independent professional association of specialists in oncology and affiliated fields. At the initiative of CSO, the Czech Republic has: the National Oncological Register, the National Oncological Programme of the Czech Republic and accredited network of 13 complex oncological centres.

Vienna School of Clinical Research
The Vienna School of Clinical Research was founded in 2000 as international training- and competence-centre for clinical research & „Health Outcomes Research“. More than 24 standardised courses in different fields of clinical research and one Master programme (in cooperation with the Medical University Vienna) were developed. Until today, more than 6500 participants from 90 countries participated in over 400 VSCR-trainings.
WIN Consortium
WIN, Worldwide Innovative Networking in personalised cancer medicine, is a non-profit consortium of 22 cancer centres and industry partners from around the globe, united to conduct global innovative clinical trials. Its mission is to accelerate integration of ground-breaking personalised cancer medicine discoveries into clinical practice.
