No, the registration fee does not include lunch. However, opening session refreshments on the Friday are included.
Individuals can download their invitation letter via the myESMO area of this website. Participants must first register for the congress and have paid in the full the appropriate registration fee. For further infomation, please see here.
Group leaders can download the electronic Invitation letter online through the registration system. To download / receive the Invitation letter, participants must first register to the Congress and pay in full.
To register at the developing countries fee you have to be an ESMO Member, otherwise the Non-Member fee will apply.

You will be able to print your Certificate of Attendance from the morning of Monday 10 October. You will have one month to print it from home. Please see here for further information.
Webcasts are digital recordings of the congress sessions, which combine a session slide set with the presenter's voice. In most cases these are available for viewing 48 hours after the session. ESMO 2016 webcasts can be accessed by ESMO members and congress delegates who have elected to pay the webcast fee.
If your registration fee does not include webcast access, you can do this either by contacting us (Select: Event>ESMO Congress>Registration) or on site at one of the registration desks.
Refund of the registration fee (minus EUR 100 for administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the ESMO Congress Secretariat in writing before 3 August 2016. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds are by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the Congress.
Bulk registration: Please note that for group registrations purchased at the bulk registration discount, there will be no refund given for any unused registrations.
