*ATTENTION: Please note all crates need to removed from the aisles by 17:00 at the latest on Friday 26 September. Set up needs to be completed by 19:00. No overtime will be possible on Friday.
** Dismantling will be limited to folding stands and shell schemes only. No crates can be brought into the exhibition hall on Monday evening.
Access hours for exhibitors during the exhibition
Staff holding exhibitor badges may enter the exhibition halls one hour before the official opening, and must leave the halls by 18:00.
Exhibitor badges
Owners, representatives and employees of exhibiting firms will have the possibility to request an unlimited number of “Exhibitor” badges free of charge through the exhibitor’s manual and the online registration system. The “Exhibitor” badge authorises access to the exhibition and Industry Satellite Symposia but does not authorise entrance to the scientific activities and functions of the Congress.
The online registration system for exhibitor badges will open at the end of July.
Wi-fi for access for exhibitors
Please note that exhibitor badges do not include connection to the congress Wi-fi network. However a limited number of connections are available for exhibitors, with allocation based on booth size. For further information please contact MAW at esmo2014@media.co.at
