• Details needed to register delegates: First name, Last name, Email address, Company details, and Prescriber status
• Payment can be processed by credit card or bank transfer. More details, please refer to Payment & Cancellation Policy 
• All participants must be informed of and abide by the health and safety protocols

Bulk registration

Are you interested in registering a group by purchasing bulk registrations and uploading the names online at a later date?

Then please note:

• You are entitled to benefit from the non-Member early registration fee of € 567.00 VAT incl. per delegate
• Payment deadline is 22 January 2025
• The deadline to upload the participant names and details is 12 February 2025
• Unused registrations are non-refundable
• Group bulk badges pick up available

Registration Confirmation

Delegates or group leaders (depending on the option selected) will receive the registration confirmation email and instructions on how to access the European Lung Cancer Congress 2025 a few weeks before the beginning of the Congress.
