The ESMO Targeted Anticancer Therapies Asia Congress 2025 will take place from 18 to 20 July 2025 in Hong Kong SAR, China. Congress resources will be available post-event on OncologyPRO.
You will need an ESMO account to register yourself or a group.

Registration fees and deadlines
Individual registration will remain open for the duration of the congress. The ESMO Congress Secretariat must receive one completed registration per participant and the corresponding payment in HKD by the given deadlines.
ESMO membership must be active ten (10) working days prior to the registration, to be eligible for the reduced member registration fee. Please visit the membership page on esmo.org to check eligibility criteria, benefits, and to complete the membership application.

Webcasts
The Congress webcasts will be available on OncologyPRO to all delegates, and will include all the sessions of the official programme where speaker permission is granted.

All registered delegates and ESMO members, not registered, can access resources on OncologyPRO from Tuesday, 22 July 2025 for 2 years.
Satellite Symposia
Satellite Symposia webcasts will be available on OncologyPRO or the ESMO website (only if permission has been granted by the Pharma Company) to all registered delegates and ESMO members from Tuesday, 22 July 2025 for 2 years.
Registration invoice and confirmation email
Upon completion of payment, all delegates who register individually will receive an email with the registration invoice and registration receipt. A few weeks before the beginning of the Congress, delegates will receive the registration confirmation email and instructions on how to access the ESMO Targeted Anticancer Therapies Asia Congress 2025.
Visa requirements
All participants must ensure that they meet or possess the visa or entry permit requirements to enter Hong Kong SAR. For details regarding visa requirement, please visit the HKSAR Immigration Department website, here (Part II).
Should a visa/entry permit be required to enter Hong Kong, application can be made on the Immigration Department portal.
Visa processing time normally takes four weeks and participants are encouraged to apply early to ensure sufficient time for visa approval.
Travel insurance
Adequate travel protection is highly recommended for all congress participants as it protects travellers from risks such as cancellation, loss of passport or checked baggage and may offer coverage for unexpected medical expenses. Having these risks covered ensures an additional layer of protection against financial loss.
