The ESMO Sarcoma and Rare Cancers Congress 2024 took place in Lugano, Switzerland, on 14-16 March.
The congress constitutes an occasion for specialised physicians, oncologists, scientists, industry representatives, patient advocates and nurses, from all around the world, to connect, and share their knowledge, experience, and research for the advancement of treatment of sarcoma and rare cancers.
The scientific and educational programme features insights into the diagnosis, prognostication, management and ongoing research of patients with rare adult solid cancers, including sessions on multidisciplinary expert management, targeted therapies, precision medicine, methodological challenges, policy and guidelines, as well as sessions specifically designed for young investigators.
