The ESMO Congress 2025 will take place from 17 to 21 October 2025 in Berlin, Germany and sessions will be live-streamed on the Virtual Congress Platform.
An ESMO account is required to register yourself, or a group.
Registration includes:
- Admission to onsite scientific and educational sessions with the possibility to interact with Speakers, Session Chairs and panel speakers
- Networking opportunities with the congress faculty and peers
- Entry to the poster and e-poster area
- Interaction with industry partners in the trade exhibition
- Participation in the Industry Satellite Symposia
- Access to the Virtual Congress Platform to watch the sessions live or view the content on-demand
- Post-event resources (webcasts, slides, abstracts) on OncologyPRO
Registration fees and deadlines
Individual registration will remain open for the duration of the Congress. The ESMO Congress
Secretariat must receive one completed registration per participant and the corresponding payment in EUR by the given deadlines.
Become an ESMO member and benefit from lower registration fees
ESMO membership must be active ten (10) working days prior to the registration, to be eligible for the reduced member registration fee. Please visit the membership page on esmo.org to check eligibility criteria, benefits, and to complete the membership application.

Webcasts
The Congress webcasts will be available to all delegates and will include all the sessions of the official programme where speaker permission is granted.
Scientific programme & ESMO Colloquia content will be accessible on OncologyPRO from 24 October as follows:

Registration invoice and confirmation letter with QR code
Upon completion of payment, all delegates who register individually will receive an email with the registration invoice and registration receipt with personal QR code needed to print the badge onsite.
A few weeks before the beginning of the Congress, delegates will receive a reminder email with the registration confirmation and more instructions on how to access the ESMO Congress 2025.
Cancellation and refund policy
Registration refunds will be granted if notification of cancellation is sent in writing to the ESMO Congress Secretariat before 20 August 2025. After this date, refunds will not be made. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Travel insurance
Adequate travel protection is highly recommended for all congress participants as it protects travellers from risks such as cancellation, loss of passport or checked baggage and may offer coverage for unexpected medical expenses. Having these risks covered ensures an additional layer of protection against financial loss.

Customer service staff will be available during the ESMO Congress 2025 to provide support and answer any questions you may have.
