Registration is now open
This year the ESMO Academy will take place from 22 to 24 August 2025 in Prague, Czech Republic. Meeting resources will be available post-event on OncologyPRO.
Priority will be accorded to individuals who have registered for the ESMO 2025 Examination and ESMO Members. Following this, any remaining spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration process will cease upon reaching maximum capacity.

An interactive educational experience
The ESMO Academy is a highly interactive educational conference. Through the use of the SpotMe app, networking with other delegates and engaging with the speakers is easy and enjoyable. Once the SpotMe app is installed on the tablet / smart device, delegates will be able to receive information on the ESMO Academy agenda and the faculty members, participate in assessment tests, interact directly with the presenters during the sessions, exchange personal details with other attendees, access event documents and receive information from the organisers prior to and during the ESMO Academy.
Payment policy
Payment must accompany the registration and be processed before the closure of the system. We accept the following method of payment:

Cancellation and refund policy
Registration refunds will be granted if notification of cancellation is sent in writing to the ESMO Congress Secretariat before 4 July 2025. After this date, refunds will not be made.
Webcasts
The meeting webcasts will be available on OncologyPRO from Monday, 25 August 2025 for 2 years to all delegates and ESMO members not registered, and will include all the sessions of the official programme where speaker permission is granted.
Registration invoice and confirmation email
Upon completion of payment, all delegates will receive an email with the registration invoice and registration receipt. A few weeks before the beginning of the ESMO Academy 2025, delegates will receive the registration confirmation email and instructions on how to access the course. Registration material may be collected from Friday, 22 August 2025.
Travel insurance
Adequate travel protection is highly recommended for all congress participants as it protects travellers from risks such as cancellation, loss of passport or checked baggage and may offer coverage for unexpected medical expenses. Having these risks covered ensures an additional layer of protection against financial loss.
