Regular visits from palliative care doctors to various departments, including both inpatient units and day hospitals, facilitate these collaborative efforts. We have strategically placed "palliative care beds" throughout these departments to optimise our human care resources.
Additionally, our mobile palliative care team works in conjunction with home hospitalisation teams under a formal agreement, especially in managing complex cases.
