Debora Basile is a medical oncologist. She began her medical studies in 2007 at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italy. After graduation, from 2015 to 2020, she entered her residency program in Medical Oncology at the University of Udine. In particular, from 2015 to 2017 at the Department of Medical Oncology of Udine. From September 2017 to September 2019, she followed her fellowship in CRO of Aviano National Cancer Institute. From October 2019 to July 2020, she started her fellowship program in Paris, at the Department of Digestive Oncology - European Georges Pompidou Hospital, France. She is involved in clinical and translation research, especially in gastrointestinal tumours. After the residency program, she worked in the gastrointestinal group in the Department of Medical Oncology of San Bortolo Hospital in Vicenza and she is currently working at the Department of Medical Oncology of San Giovanni di Dio Hospital of Crotone.
