Aine O’Reilly undertook medical training and subsequently specialist training in medical oncology in Ireland. She completed a fellowship in melanoma and renal cell cancer in the Royal Marsden in London UK in 2017 and is currently engaged in research in tumour immunology and immunotherapy for cancer at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm Sweden.
