This update covers recommendations for glioblastoma; anaplastic astrocytoma, oligoastrocytoma and oligodendroglioma; and diffuse glioma. The recommendations cover clinically relevant problems in: diagnosis and pathology, molecular markers, staging and risk assessment, treatment of newly diagnosed patients, treatment of patients with recurrent disease, personalised medicine, response evaluation plus follow-up and long-term implications.
